Pricing Policy
PMD never charges more than your confirmed price without your approval. If a price is wrong or a supplier raises it before your order is processed, you choose: accept the new price or cancel for a full refund.
Prices
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice before you place an order. Prices do not include sales tax, international duties or freight surcharges unless stated.
Pricing and listing errors
If a pricing error, listing error or supplier price change affects your order before it is processed, we will contact you before proceeding. You can approve the revised price, or cancel the affected item for a full refund, including any deposit, with no cancellation fee. If we can't reach you within 3 business days, we cancel the affected item and refund it in full. Once an order is accepted for processing at a confirmed price, that price stands.
Sales and promotions
Sale prices apply only to orders placed during the sale period. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated and cannot be applied to past orders. If you return an item bought with a discount, the refund is based on the price you actually paid.
