BC Racing 24+ Tesla Model 3 (AWD) Coilovers
BR Series
The BR Series is the smartest first step into real coilovers. BC Racing tests every application and tunes spring rates and valving so the car rides well on the street without feeling over-sprung — then gives you one of the widest damping ranges in the business to dial it in. It's the kit we point most daily-driven builds toward.
- Mono-tube shock design
- Linear piston and damping curve
- 30-click damping (compression & rebound together)
- Ride height adjusts independently of spring preload
- Front camber plates standard on applicable kits
- Rear camber plates available on applicable kits
- Custom spring rates, valving & Swift springs available
- Fully rebuildable
- 2-year limited warranty
DS Series
DS adds BC Racing's digressive piston. You get more damping force at low shaft speeds — the range that controls body roll, pitch, dive and quick weight transfer — while high-speed bumps still feel linear and composed. The result is a car that feels tighter and more connected without punishing you over broken pavement.
- Digressive piston and damping curve
- Satin chrome shock body
- 30-click damping (compression & rebound together)
- Ride height adjusts independently of spring preload
- Front camber plates standard on applicable kits
- Custom spring rates & Swift spring compatible
- Valving paired to custom spring rates
- Fully rebuildable
- 2-year limited warranty
ER Series
ER is where you start tuning compression and rebound separately. External reservoirs add oil capacity and shed heat faster, so damping stays consistent through a full track session. Every ER kit gets the same development as the street series plus extra real-world track testing, and it's valved to match the spring rates you request.
- Mono-tube damper with external reservoir
- Linear twin-piston design
- 30 clicks compression (at the reservoir)
- 30 clicks rebound (top of the damper)
- Front & rear camber plates on applicable kits
- Pillowball mounts where camber plates don't apply
- Custom valved to your spring rates
- Swift spring upgrade on most applications
ZX Series
ZX brings 3-way adjustable damping to an upright mono-tube, combining the digressive feel of the DS Series with the reservoir capacity of the ER. Because the damper is upright, the upper mount can be swapped. It runs an ultra-high viscosity-index synthetic shock fluid that holds its performance through long track and drift sessions.
- Digressive, dual-piston design
- 3-way adjustable damping
- 20 clicks low-speed compression
- 12 clicks high-speed compression
- 30 clicks rebound
- Upright mono-tube — replaceable upper mount
- Ultra-high VI full-synthetic shock fluid
- Track-oriented setup

Approximate. Final ride height depends on chassis, wheel/tire package and corner weights.
Spring rates are vehicle-specific. Ask us for this kit's rates, or for custom rates and Swift spring upgrades.
- Front & rear coilover assemblies with springs
- Top mounts per selected top plate type
- Spanner wrenches for height & preload

Vehicle Fitment

BR, DS & RM Series: engineered for OEM suspension components — control arms, knuckles and spindles. Compatibility with aftermarket arms or spindles isn't guaranteed.
ER, HM, ZR & ZX Series: also OEM-component kits. Reservoirs normally use a fixed stem; braided remote lines can be requested before purchase, and the installer chooses the remote mounting spot.
Not 100% sure it fits? Send us your VIN and current mods — we'll confirm the exact part number before you order. That's the Buy Once, Cry Once way.
Top Plate Configuration
The top plate type is the letter code after the series on the part number. It decides which upper mounts come in the box.
| Top Plate Type | Front Mount | Rear Mount | Feel |
|---|---|---|---|
| RS · DS | Rubber top mount | Rubber or reuse OEM | Quietest, OEM-like |
| RA · DA · MA | Pillowball / camber plate | Rubber or reuse OEM | Front camber adjust, sharper turn-in |
| RH · DH · MH | Pillowball / camber plate | Pillowball / camber plate | Most precise, most NVH |
| RN · DN | Rubber or reuse OEM | Rubber or reuse OEM | OEM-style mounts front & rear |
| ER · HM · ZR · ZX | Pillowball / camber where applicable | Pillowball / camber where applicable | Track-focused |
Heads up: pillowball mounts are rigid motorsport parts. They remove rubber flex, so expect noticeably more noise, vibration and harshness than rubber or OEM mounts. Camber plates are only included on kits where the chassis allows them.
Shipping
BC Racing kits ship from East and West Coast warehouses, so most of the US gets ground delivery fast. You'll get tracking the moment your kit leaves.
- In-stock kits ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive 2–3 business days after tracking is issued (ground).
- Signature required on all complete coilover kits — this can't be waived.
- Expedited options at checkout only change transit time after the kit ships.
- Carrier delays from weather, remote destinations or missed signatures are outside our control.
Lead Times & Custom Builds
If your kit isn't on the shelf, BC Racing builds it to order. Plan on roughly 3–5 weeks before it ships. Orders with multiple items ship together once everything is ready.
Individual parts ship separately and usually arrive in 3–6 business days by ground.
Custom builds run about 4–6 weeks and carry a $150 build fee. Custom options include:
- Extreme Low configuration
- Custom spring rates & Swift spring upgrade
- Upper mount changes & corner replacements
- ER, RM, HM and ZR Series builds
On a deadline for an event or build? Call before ordering and we'll get a current ETA from BC Racing.
Installation
Most BC Racing installs take a qualified technician 4–6 hours. We strongly recommend professional installation.
- Set ride height with the lower mount (shock body), not spring preload — that keeps full shock travel.
- Start damping around the middle of the range, then adjust in small steps.
- Get a full alignment after install and again after any height change.
- Re-torque hardware after the first 300–500 miles.
Warranty
Complete BC Racing coilover kits carry a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Damage from improper installation or adjustment isn't covered. Claims are reviewed case by case after troubleshooting.
- Order number / original invoice
- Coilover serial number
- Photos or video of the concern and a short description
- Name, shipping address and phone
Labor for troubleshooting, removal or reinstallation isn't covered. Warranty parts ship free by ground; expedited shipping is at the customer's cost. Every BC kit is fully rebuildable — service parts are available through us.
